"D" Ranked Techniques

Moku Kawarimi no Jutsu (Wood Replacement Skill)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique that switches a user with a wood technique created by a user of the Wood Release
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: By using the Kawarimi no Jutsu the user is capable of using any wood technique that is in the user's disposal in the short distance and is capable of instantly switching the user with the wood technique away from harm's way.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
Mokuton: Toge Shuriken No Jutsu (Splinter Shuriken Technique)

Effect: The user makes shuriken out of splinters.
Special: Handseals “Horse” “Snake” “Ram” “Boar”
Drawback: None
Description: This jutsu is used after a piece of wood is shattered, or if the user’s Mokuton Jutsu is shattered. The user will use their chakra to pick up the splinters and then hurtle them at the enemy much like shuriken.

Mokuton: Kodate No Mokuzai No Jutsu (Buckler of Wood Technique)

Effect: The user makes a small buckler type shield that is connected to the user’s forearms.

Drawback: None
Description: The user will perform the handseals and create a small circular buckler-type shield that will be attached to the user’s forearm. This shield is normal wood so it can break if it is hit with sufficient force. The “C” Rank jutsu is when the user creates two shields, one on each arm.

Mokuton: Ooeda Souken No Jutsu (Large Branch Creation Technique)

Effect: The user will create a large branch to use as a club or weapon.
Special: Handseals “Snake” “Monkey” “Ram”
Drawback: None
Description: The user does the handseals and then puts out his arm. The user gathers chakra in his arms and a large branch grows from the user’s hand. When the branch is created the user can grasp it and swing it around like a large club. It can break like any normal piece of wood.

Mokuton: Nenten Eda No Jutsu (Twisting Twigs Technique)

Effect: The user creates twisting twigs and small branches to ward off an enemy.
Special: Handseals “Snake” “Hare” “Horse”
Drawback: None
Description: The user will do the handseals and gather chakra around his wrists and lower forearms. Small branches and twigs will sprout from that area and move towards the enemy. The technique can’t really hurt someone besides being poked in the eye. It is mainly used as a way to ward the enemy away or to distract them.

Mokuton: Kasui No Mokuzai Reizu No Jutsu (Spikes of Wood Raising Technique)

Effect: Spikes raise up from the ground at the user’s command to stab the enemy.
Special: Handseals “Ox” “Tiger” “Snake” “Ram”
Drawback: The “D” level training allows the user to raise wooden spikes from the ground around them with a radius of five meters. The “C” level training allows this jutsu to be lengthed by ten meters.
Description: The user gathers chakra and sends it into the ground, at first the user can only extend this chakra fie meters away from their feet in circle around them. After the user does the next level of training, the distance is lengthened by ten meters. The spikes rise from the ground diagonally to hurt an opponent.

"C" Ranked Techniques

Mokuton Soutei Hashira (Wood Release - Binding Pillars)
Rank: "C", "B", "A" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique where branches is pushed from the ground and wraps around an opponent.
Special: "Boar, Dragon, Ram, Boar"
Drawback: This technique is the basics of other techniques. The user must learn this technique multiple times in order for the distance of branches can increases.
Description: After using the seals the user uses the water and earth release in which branches crushes out of the ground to wrap around the user. When the user first learns this technique the user is capable of creating approximatly Six Different branches with a width of six inches, with the distance of Ten Meters From the user. Every time learned the distance may increase by an additional ten Meters. When the distance reaches up to a Hundred Meters the type of training becomes B-Rank Training. When the distance reaches Two Hundred Meters the Training becomes A-Rank. When the user reaches to B-Rank Training the width of branches is Twelve Inches if the user desires. When the Training Reaches A-Rank the width of the branches is Twenty Four Inches if the user desires. Each time learned the user is capable of creating another branch.

Mokuton: Tate no Mokuzai no Jutsu (Shield of Wood)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a small wooden shield in front of the user.
Special: Horse, Rabbit.
Drawback: Can only sustain five D rank attacks OR 3 C rank attacks
Description: The user performs the seals listed and a small wooden shield appears in front of the user. The shield can block kunai and other weapons, or can block low-ranked jutsu (C and D. It’s not very strong, and a few well placed hits will break it easily.
Limit: Must have Mokuton no Jutsu
Mokuton: Ru-tsu ki Wana no Jutsu (Roots That Snare)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Roots grow out from the ground rapidly and wrap themselves around the opponents feet.
Special: Rabbit, Rat, Ram
Drawback: If the technique is caught early, the roots are not thick and are easy to break out of.
Description: Thick green roots come out of the ground and wrap themselves around the opponents legs. The longer the jutsu exists before it is countered, the more roots wrap themselves around the opponent and the higher they extend upwards. If the jutsu is not countered, eventually the opponent’s body will be completely ensnared.
Limit: Mokuton no Jutsu
Mokuton: Kamisorikonoha (Razor Leaves)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: A large array of leaves swirls around the user. Using chakra, the user sharpens the edge of the leaf to be able to cut through skin and thin cloth with great ease.
Special: Holding Rabbit seal.
Drawback: If the user stops holding the Rabbit seal, then the leaves lose their edge and drop to the ground.
Description: The user performs the Rabbit seal and holds it. Large amounts of leaves begin to blow in a circle around the user and instantly, chakra sharpens the edge to allow the leaves to be able to cut skin and thin cloth. Holding the seal, which is required to keep the jutsu active, also actively drains chakra per turn in order to keep the leaves in motion and to keep their edge. The user can direct the leaves in any direction, effectively creating a wall to keep out enemy shinobi or using it as an offensive tool.

Mokuton: Mokuzaihato no Jutsu (Wooden Box)

Effect:The user traps an object within a wooden box.
Special:Ram, Monkey, Tiger
Drawback: The box is made out of wood, so is weak to most jutsu types and can be easy to break through with taijutsu.
Description: The user performs the handseals and traps an object of their discretion in a wooden box created by the Mokuton no Jutsu. This box is thin, about half an inch in thickness, and as such is easily broken though. Players can be trapped inside boxes, but as one of the requirements of the jutsu, they have six inches from every part of their body to move within the box (six inches to the right, left, and above, that is. A player would be standing on the bottom).

Mokuton: Shihai Tsurukasa (Vine Control)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to move vines around. The user directs the vines with conscious thought plus movement of the arms.
Special: Ram, Tiger, Snake
Drawback: Only capable of controlling vines within 50 meters. She must be able to see the vines to place them under her control.
Description: The user performs the handseals and vines within 50 feet that she can see come under her control. She can move them within her fifty meter circle, but if they move out of the fifty meters, then the vines stop moving and become limp. These vines are not capable of strangling or effectively constricting an opponent, however, they can be used to trip or catch incoming projectiles, or, if the user so desires, could be an effective shield if the vines were to form a sort of wall.

Mokuton: Sawaru Tsurukasa (Vine Constriction)

Effect: Vines constrict upon an opponent.
Special: Ram, Tiger, Snake, Rat
Drawback: Same as the vine control; if the vines move beyond fifty meters from where they were ordered to constrict, they will stop moving.
Description: The user forms the handseals and releases the jutsu. These vines move forward at a rapid, slithering pace and climb up an opponent’s body and wrap themselves tightly around it. It cannot crush an opponent’s bone, nor can it strangle anyone; However, the more the user attempts to struggle, the tighter the vines will wrap themselves around the opponent.
Limit: Mokuton no Jutsu, must know Shihai Tsurukasa
Mokuton: Ibara Tsurukasa (Thorn Vines)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Vines under the user’s control grow large thorns.
Special: Ram, Snake, Tiger
Drawback: N/A
Description: The user performs the handseals and any vines in the user’s control begin to grow large thorns. These thorns can extend a total of two inches off the vine, and can pierce skin and clothing with ease.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Mi (Summoning Technique: Seeds)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Summons ten seeds.
Special: Dog, Boar, Monkey, Bear, Sheep
Drawback: The things summoned are only seeds, not full-grown plants.
Description: Can summon the following seeds:
- Tree (varieties include elm, oak, apple, cherry, birch, cedar, camellia, cypress, fir, lilac, magnolia, maple, plum, spruce, sycamore, willow)
- Vine (regular, thick, thorn)
- Flower (roses, daisies, lilacs, and sunflowers are the most common flowers created- there are plenty more that can be dependant on the situation, but it would take forever to list them all)
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
Ninpou: Souseiki no Jutsu (Genesis)
Rank: C or B, depending.
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Causes seeds to grow.
Special: Ram, Rat, Tiger, Snake, Dog, Ram
Drawback: Can only effect one seed at a time.
Description: A blue light envelops a seed and the user forces it to grow at a rapid pace.
Flowers are C rank growth; they grow within seconds and require little chakra in order to grow. Can grow inside the hand, but will die within thirty minutes if not placed into the ground.
Vines are C rank growth; they grow about 10m/second. One seed is capable of growing 100m worth of vines. Must grow inside the ground.

Trees are B rank growth; they grow within minutes, generally within one turn, but is dependant on the size you want the tree to be. Depending on how far you spur the growth process, it can require little chakra (to the growth of a sapling) or a large amount of chakra (growing into a fully-grown adult tree). If you grow it into an adult tree, it can produce fruit, etc., that are common with the type of tree you grow. Must grow inside of the ground.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
Ninpou: Suiboutsuchi Gosunkugiwana (Collapsing Earth Spike Trap)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Chakra travels under the ground and collapses a circle of earth three feet in radius, creating a pitfall. Spikes created by the Mokuton no Jutsu await at the bottom.
Special: Tiger, Ram, Monkey, Snake
Drawback: It is easy to see the blue circle moving through the ground.
Description: The chakra can be seen moving on the ground in the shape of a blue circle three feet in radius. At the user’s command, the chakra then implodes, crushing large amounts of dirt to create a pitfall of about four feet in height. At the bottom of the pitfall are one-foot tall wooden spikes created by Mokuton no Jutsu.
Limit: Mokuton no Jutsu, Doton no Jutsu.
Mokuton: Mokuzaikabe no Jutsu (Wood Wall)

Effect: Creates a long wall of wood to protect the user.
Special: Horse, Rabbit, Ram
Drawback: The wood isn’t very strong and can be knocked over with one strong attack.
Description: The user performs the handseals and releases a jutsu similar to the Wood Shield technique. The only difference between the Wood Shield and the Wood Wall is that the Wood Wall covers a much larger distance, capable of protecting the user from a large area of effect attack. The Wood Wall is created by putting together six ft by six ft wooden planks and fusing them solid with chakra. They still have joints, however, and attacking at the joints is an easy way to dissemble the wall. Each wood plank requires a small amount of chakra to create and another small amount to fuse them together; however, in order to protect from a large or greater-than-average strength attack, the user must create large amounts of them, leading to massive chakra drain.
Limit: Mokuton no Jutsu, Tate no Mokuzai no Jutsu
Barabuki (Rose Weapon)

Effect: A user may use a Rose as a small weapon such as a kunai, or a small dagger.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: Holding the bud of the rose the user performs the handseals needed while holding onto the rose. The user then pumps chakra into the rose while concentrating on the wood release with the rose. The rose strength grows as the stem of the rose becomes powerful capable of blocking and deflecting weapons. The thorns adds a different effect to the rose as they grow hard allowing a user to cut into the opponents. The user may throw the rose like a projectile.
Limit: Must know Wood Release
Baratake (Rose Length)

Effect: A user may use a Rose as a lengthened weapon like a larger blade or a spiked club.
Special: As long as the user holds onto the rose and uses Barabuki (Rose Weapon) the user may change the size of the Rose without additional handseals.
Drawback: ---
Description: Holding the bud of the rose the user; after performing Barabuki (Rose Weapon) may control the length of the rose at will. The user may allow the rose stem grow in size, or even shrink it. The user may shrink the Rose to the size of a few inches, and may increase the size of the Rose to the size of a Great Sword. With this technique the user may also increase the size of the stem's width as well. This means that the user may increase the stem to the width size of a baseball bat or a large club. The user may also use the thorns of the whip as sharp tacks to sheer off skin or clothing that the whip attaches to. User may not change the stem size to abnormal shapes such as a shield.
Limit: Must know Barabuki (Rose Weapon)
Barahoippu (Rose Whip)

Effect: A user may use a Rose as a whip after lengthening the whip.
Special: As long as the user holds onto the rose and uses Barabuki (Rose Weapon) the user may change flexibility of the Rose without aditional handseals.

Description: After using Baratake (Rose Length) on a weapon the user may change the flexibility of the stem of the rose. The user holds onto the bud of the rose as the rose stem changes becoming more flexible. The user may also use the thorns of the whip as sharp tacks to sheer off skin or clothing that the whip attaches to. The size of the whip may grow up to nine feet in length.
Limit: Must know Baratake (Rose Length)
Mokuton: Tsuchi Baindo

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Literally Mokuton: Tsuchi Baindo means Wood: Earth Bind. The reason why it's called such is because of the effects of th technique. As a Ninjutsu the technique utilizes chakra. Here the user forms the handsigns and collects whatever takes part of the landscape/ground and forms strips of cloth out of it. With Mokuton it manipulates grass or wood.
Special: Rat, Boar, Dog, Ox, Tiger
Drawback: One must have Wood Release to perform.
Description: The Grass or Wood forms white strips looking much like bandages that rise from the ground and wrap tightly around the opponent. The strips are thick enough that they cannot be cut through with a kunai, and are wrapped tight enough to leave the enemy immobile.
Limit: Wood Release

"B" Ranked Techniques

Moku Bunshin (Wood Clone)
Rank: "B" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user creates a clone made out of wood that would be used for battle against opponents.
Special: "Ox, Dragon, Ram, Ox"
Drawback: If the wood is burned they will not be capable of working.
Description: When first learned the user is capable of creating three clones that are within the size of Medium size. The wood looks similar to that of a human but the wood is wrapped around the body torso and switched around making the clone look that of a giant tree with awkward shapes. A wood clone is able to use wood techniques.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
Leaf Dragon
Rank: B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Lots of leaves from surrounding trees or other sources, are mixed with chakra in a similar way to Kamisorikonoha (Razor Leaves). The chakra sharpens and hardens the leaves, they are then formed into the shape of a dragon, and projected towards the enemy at high speeds. This causes more damage than Kamisorikonoha (Razor Leaves). If the handseal is held the dragon can keep moving and attack again, but only if the dragon hasn't hit anything.
Special: Handseal of rabbit must be held until the dragon hits it's target.
Drawback: If the user stops holding the rabbit seal for any reason the leaves lose their edge and drop to the floor.
Description: The user makes the handseal of the rabbit, and holds it. A massive amount of leaves begin to blow around the user, the chakra then sharpens the leaves, and hardens them. They are now able to cut/stab into skin and leather deeply. Holding the seal, which is required to keep the jutsu active, also actively drains chakra per turn in order to keep the leaves in motion and to keep their edge. The user controls his chakra and shapes the leaves into a dragon, which is then directed at the opponent, with great force.
Limit: Must know Mokuton no Jutsu (Wood Release Skill) and Kamisorikonoha (Razor Leaves).
Mokuton: Juhi Aian No Jutsu (Iron Bark Technique)

Effect: This technique builds upon the bark armor technique by making the armor stronger.
Special: Handseals “Snake” “Ram” “Horse” “Ram” Snake”
Drawback: None
Description: This technique is a stronger version of the armor of bark technique. This happens in real trees when dead bark does not fall of trees, but instead is reinforced by more bark and sap that strengthens the bark. This armor is even fire and heat resistant but not totally impervious to it.
Limit: Mokuton Jutsu
らせん木竜 (Spiraling Tree Dragon Technique)

Effect: Creates a dragon formed out of a tree.
Special: "Dragon, Boar, Snake, Dragon"
Drawback: ---
Description: Upon performing the snake handsign the trunk of a tree is summoned forth from the ground/earth and begins to spiral into the air. As the tree continues to grow thick branches begin to twist and contract forming the shape of a large dragon like creature. Once formed the dragon will shoot forth attempting to crash into the opponent. If the dragon does not make contact and crashes into the ground an explosion wooden debris is shot into the air capable of distracting the opponent.
Limit: Must know wood release.

"A" Ranked Techniques

Mokuton • Shichuuka no Jutsu (Wood Release - Four Pillar Home Skill)

Effect: The user creates a massive shield out of the wood that they have around them to protect them or anyone else the user must need.
Special: "Dog, Boar, Ram, Boar, Ox, Bird, Dog, Ram, Boar"
Drawback: The more the user knows Mokuton Soutei Hashira the more of a shield the user is capable of creating.
Description: The user uses the Mokuton Soutei Hashira configuration as the user takes the branches and pushes them up and around the user. Depending on the amount of distance configures the amount of shield the user is capable of producing to protect the user from onslaught attacks. This type of technique is capable of being used as a shelter type of technique.
Limit: Must know the Wood Release and must have the Mokuton Soutei Hashira
Gurasu Sairensa no jutsu (Grass silencer jutsu)
Rank: A
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Target is forced to the ground as blades of grass coil around the target's neck, strangling them until death.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Can only be done if there is enough grass available to envelop the victim’s body
Description: After the target is immobilized by Roots That Snare, the user simply approaches them and pushes them to the ground. Forming the necessary handseals, the grass beneath the target's neck stretches and wraps around the target's neck, choking them until they suffocate. Considered a killing/finishing move jutsu.
Limit: Wood Release. Must know Mokuton: Ru-tsu ki Wana no Jutsu (Roots That Snare)
Mokuton: Nedzuyoi No Jutsu (Firmly Rooted Technique)

Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu
Effect: The user grows roots out of his or her feet and they firmly root the person down.
Special: Handseals “Tiger” “Snake” “Ram”
Drawback: The user cannot move from the spot they are rooted in.
Description: The user does the handseals and sends chakra to their feet. Roots spring from user’s feet and grow deeply into the ground. The roots take nutrients from the ground and restore the user’s chakra. This jutsu can only really be used out of battle to restore chakra. In battle this technique can put the user in a deep disadvantage.
Limit: Mokuton Jutsu

"S" Ranked Techniques

Mokuton • Jukai Koutan (Wood Release - Birth of Dense Woodland)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique in which the user creates a massive forest that is dense and extremely difficult to maneuver through.
Special: "Dog, Boar, Ram, Boar, Ox, Bird, Dog, Ram, Boar, Dragon, Ram, Boar, Ox, Dragon"
Drawback: ---
Description: The user is capable of creating a large forest that is extremely dense and extremely difficult to maneuver through. The forest is as large as that of a Football field if the user wishes, but this takes time and incredible amount of chakra to do. The user does the seals and creates the massive forest for their usage and desire.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release, must be capable of creating water, or must have a water source as large of that of a Lake. The soil must be rich, and the user must be capable of using the Mokuton Soutei Hashira technique of up to two hundred yards.
Barasenzai (Rose Garden)
Rank: "S"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The ultimate Barabuki (Rose Weapon) technique. This technique implants rose seeds into the opponent's body and then the user performs handseals as the Rose seeds sprout feeding off of the opponent, turning into a beautiful Rose Garden while killing the opponent.
Special: As long as the user holds onto the rose and uses Barabuki (Rose Weapon) the user may move the seeds found within the rose without additional handseals. "Handseals after seeds been planted"
Drawback: ---
Description: The user using the concepts of Rose Control shown in Barabuki (Rose Weapon), Baratake (Rose Length), and Barahoippu (Rose Whip), the user may force the seeds found within the bud of the rose down into the stem, pushing the seeds to the thorns. When the user attacks the user may hit a part of the body. If the user makes skin contact with the rose the seeds are then implanted into the opponent's skin as they lay dormant. Afterwords the user performs handseals to control the seeds. The seeds found inside the body of the opponent burst out sprouting all through the opponent's body. The Rose seeds then feeds off of the opponent's body till finally there was nothing left as the stems and roots found in the roses constricts all around inside the opponent's body before exploding creating a bush garden of roses found on the floor.
Limit: Must know Barahoippu (Rose Whip)
